Travis Sago, designed the original Bum Marketing system. His claim was that anyone off the street that could read,write and follow instructions could  make money online. A “bum” could go into a library, set up a couple of free accounts and start making money online and so the name Bum Marketing was born.

Bum Marketing is just a form of affiliate marketing. Unlike the more common approach whereby you would build a website, bum marketing takes advantage of other free services to get you online.

One common way is to set up an account with someone like squidoo and build some affiliate pages/lenses and promote them.

The advantage of this is that squidoo is a big established website with a high page rank. Squidoo is crawled regularly by Google and your page will get indexed quickly.

So by pointing a good number of links back from other well established high ranking websites, you have a good chance of dominating a well chosen niche quickly.

Instant Free Traffic

Bum Marketing uses a mix of techniques to drive traffic to your affiliate page. Choosing a good niche and pointing a number of links from well written articles gets some early traffic and begins to improve page rank.

The idea is that you use a range of techniques and free services to drive a lot of your traffic, so page rank is less of an issue in the  short term. Of course page rank is important and a good niche is vital to getting your project on auto pilot, but earning some money, early on,  is a good reason to keep going.

Why is it so Good For Beginners.

Many people are drawn in to Internet Marketing with false claims made by unscrupulous marketers. It is no surprise that so many fail and that I.M has a generally bad name. This is a real shame because it really is easy to make money online. The problem is it takes a bit of learning and you can waste a lot of time and money doing so.

#1. The fact that Bum Marketing has no running cost’s takes a lot of pressure away. Many people who would have succeeded have given up because it was all pay out and little or no return. The idea of Bum Marketing is that you generate some income for free. Once up and running you can then invest a little of your profit back in to your business to generate more income.

#2. Because bum marketing involves a lot of standard techniques used in internet marketing you are able to learn a lot of good skills for free. The fact that you can make mistakes and the only cost is time is less likely to put you off.

With bum marketing you can literally practice your way to success and my tip is to treat it like a game. Like a game the more you practice the better you get. the difference is that the better you get at this game the more you earn.
Bum marketing was not how I got involved in internet marketing, but it got me off the ground. I like most had spent a month or so trying products, sending them back  and getting refunds from clickbank.

The thing that often puts me off of a program is the up-sell. Right after reading a pitch page that tells me I’m going to be making money in hours, I make my purchase and hit the first up-sell. The up-sell offers me all the information I need if I pay a bit more. Funny, I thought I was getting all the information!
It’s a clear indication that you just got in with a person who is not there to teach you, but to sell to you and he’s teaching you to treat others that way. Sound familiar?

The 4 Day Money Making Blueprint.

I was reading some reviews on another program that I was interested in, when I came across a review that urged people not to buy it. I read it through and at the bottom there was a paragraph or so saying if you are a beginner you should watch this free video. Obviously it was his affiliate link, but I always have a look it’s all part of the education after all.

Anyway the guy in the video really got my attention because he promised that once you pay for his course there are no additional cost’s. No running cost’s nothing, but that’s not what got my attention. The guy had a real desire to make you successful and not rip you off and it was clearly apparent in his words that he meant it.

I gave it a go and I’m glad I did, I earned money within 72 hours of starting and the more I practice the better I am getting. If you are new to Internet Markrting or your experience so far has been something like I mentioned above check out this program.

Now I know, that you know, that I’m an affiliate to this program, but if you are new to Internet Marketing, please at least take the time watch the video. This program is a huge, detailed and complete video course that leaves nothing to chance and is well worth a measly $29. Yes I did tell you the price, it’s great value for money. I read that it has a refund rate of less than 2%, which says a lot for it. Even if you don’t want to buy it, with such low refund rates it’s a great product to promote.
